Our packages are all-inclusive: one monthly price, no metering, no surprise bills. That promise works because of one simple idea — your agent works like a very hard-working colleague, not like a factory.

What's always fine

• Your agent working around the clock on the jobs of your business — schedules, reports, email, documents, checking, chasing, reminders.
• Busy seasons, month-ends, one-off crunches. Real businesses have them; the price already assumes them.
• Asking your agent a hundred questions a day. Talking is the point.

What the price doesn't cover

• Using your agent as raw computing for someone else's business — reselling its time, or processing industrial volumes of data unrelated to running yours.
• Deliberately scripting it to run flat-out for the sake of it.

What happens if you're near the line

Nothing sudden. Almost nobody ever meets the limit — but if your usage looks like a bigger operation than your package assumes, we'll talk to you first, explain what we're seeing, and shape a package that fits. Your agent doesn't get switched off mid-job, and you never get an unexpected invoice.
