Billing questions

Is there a contract or minimum term?

No. Monthly rolling, cancel any time. If your agent isn't earning its keep, you shouldn't be paying for it.

Can I change package later?

Yes — start personal, go business when the team wants in, add specialists when the work grows. Moving takes a conversation, not a migration.

What happens if I cancel?

Your agent stops at the end of the paid month, and anything of yours it held — documents, reports, its notes about your business — is handed back to you and then deleted.

Do you charge for setting up connections?

No. Connecting your systems, email and data is part of the service, whenever it happens.
